Washington: A 60-year-old man sought help from Chat GPT for food arrangements. Doctors intervened to save the mentally disturbed elderly man. The 60-year-old Karen went to a hospital in Washington, alleging that her neighbor had poisoned her. The 60-year-old's mental state was disturbed by using sodium bromide instead of salt. The diet plan was prepared for the elderly man with Chat GPT without the help of doctors or nutritionists.

The elderly man, who caused a huge commotion in the emergency room, alleging that his neighbor was coming to kill him, was brought under control with great difficulty. The elderly man had purified his own water with the help of Chat GPT. After the presence of bromide was detected in his blood, the doctors also detailed that the poison had entered the elderly man's body. After days of observation, hospital authorities learned that the elderly man had been using sodium bromide instead of sodium chloride for days as part of an effort to improve his health. The 60-year-old man's diet was like this for three months.

Bromide salt is used in the form of medicine for dogs and cats. The elderly man was using ChatGPT 3.5. Earlier, when ChatGPT 5 was introduced, Nick Turley, the head and vice president of ChatGPT, had warned against relying on ChatGPT as a primary source of information. ChatGPT has not yet matured as a primary source of information, Nick Turley, the head of the chatbot, told The Verge in an interview.

Nick requested that ChatGPT be considered only as a second source. Nick Turley admits that while GPT-5 has made great strides technically, some of the chatbot's results still don't match reality. Nick also clarified that misinformation is still being generated from the chatbot's illusion.
