Basmati rice 2 cups Chicken 250 grams Ginger, finely chopped 1 tspn Garlic, finely chopped 1 tspn Spring onion 1 cup Carrot 1 cup Capsicum 1 no Beans 1 cup Soy sauce 3 tablespoons Vinegar 1 tablespoon Salt to taste Pepper powder 3 tablespoons Eggs 3 no
How to make
Soak the rice for at least 30 minutes. Add salt and 1 tablespoon oil to three-quarters of a pot of water and bring to a boil. When the water boils, add the rice and cook. Be careful not to overcook. Add the chicken, salt, and pepper powder and cook in a cooker. Pour oil in another pan, fry the eggs and set aside. Now add a little more oil to the fried chicken and fry it and set aside. Now add the chopped carrots, capsicum and spring onions and fry them well. Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli powder, salt to taste and mix it. Add the beaten egg and chicken and mix everything together. Now add the cooked rice and mix it well, add 1/2 cup of spring onions and serve hot.
