Winter schedule: Air India cuts services

 

Air India Express has cut services from Kannur airport in the winter schedule starting at the end of this month. There will be no direct services from Kannur to the Kuwait, Bahrain, Dammam and Jeddah sectors. There will be a reduction of 42 services per week from Kannur in the winter schedule. Services from other airports in Kerala have also been reduced.

There were two services per week to Kuwait, Jeddah and Bahrain and three to Dammam. The lack of direct services to Kuwait from Kannur and Kozhikode airports will be a setback for expatriates.
