Aratai app rivals WhatsApp; tops Play Store too

 

 

Indian tech company Zoho's messaging app Aratai was at the top of Apple's App Store. Following this, Aratai has also topped the app charts on Google Play Store. Aratai's achievement is in the list of free apps.

Developed by Chennai-based Zoho Corporation, Aratai is a free-to-use cross-platform instant messaging app. The Aratai app offers many features including text, voice messaging, audio and video calls, media sharing, story posting, and group chats.

Aratai officials wrote in X that reaching the top of the Play Store and App Store is a great achievement and they are grateful to all the users who led to this. Meanwhile, many people are pointing out the lack of end-to-end encryption in chats on Aratai as a problem under this tweet.
