Coconut-Chilli Vegetable Roll

Ingredients:

Wheat puri flour – 1 cup

Grated coconut – 1/2 cup

Green chilies – 2 (chopped)

Carrot – 1 (chopped)

Pumpkin – 1/2 cup

Caraway leaves – 1 small handful

Salt – as required

Chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Oil – as required (for rolling)

Water – as required (for kneading the dough)

Recipe:

Preparing the dough:

Add wheat flour, salt and 1 teaspoon oil in a bowl.

Add required water and mix well to make a soft dough.

Preparing the mixer:

Add grated coconut, chopped green chilies, carrots, pumpkin and caraway leaves in a large bowl.

Add salt and chili powder and mix well.

Rolling:

Make small balls of dough, take one of the rolls and roll it out like a chapati.

Place the prepared vegetable mixer in the middle.

Fold both the sides and turn it into a roll.

Baking:

Apply some oil on a plate and bake the roll on both the sides on medium flame.

The roll will be super crispy and tasty.

Serving method:

These can be served deliciously for tea time or as a snack.

Also good with yogurt chutney or mango chutney.
