Inspired by India's diverse culinary heritage, Air India has introduced a new food menu on its domestic and international flights. The new menu features a mix of Indian and international dishes. The menu includes Malabar chicken curry and biryani from Kerala, as well as Japanese, Korean, European and West Asian dishes.

There are special options for all categories of passengers, including first class, business class and premium economy. The new menu has already been introduced on most international routes out of India, including flights from Delhi to London (Heathrow), New York, Melbourne, Sydney, Toronto and Dubai. Officials said that the new menu will be extended to all international and domestic routes in a phased manner.
