Student leader shot in Bangladesh

 

 

A student leader was shot in Bangladesh. It is reported that Motalib Shikdar was shot during the protest. He was shot in the left side of his head. Motalib Shikdar, who was shot, has been admitted to the hospital.

Meanwhile, efforts are in full swing to arrest Faisal Karim Masood, the main suspect in the murder of Sharif Usman Hadi, who led the New Zealand protests. It is not clear whether he has left the country, the report said.

Additional Inspector General of Police Khandekar Rafiqul Islam told a press conference that efforts are being made to find Faisal's hideout. Although there are reports that Faisal bin Karim was active in the Chhatra League, the student wing of Sheikh Hasina's Awami League, the investigating officers have not confirmed his political affiliation.
