India's move to cancel H1B visa interviews; US concerned

 

India's move to cancel H1B visa interviews has raised concerns in the US. The US government has cancelled thousands of interviews scheduled since December 15. The interviews have been postponed until May 2026 and the Ministry of External Affairs has said that it has received representations from Indians facing problems with the rescheduled interviews.
