Plane crashes in Colombia, killing 15

 

 

A plane crash in Colombia has killed 15 people. The plane crashed near the Venezuelan border. The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority said that there were 15 people on board and all died. The plane was operated by state-owned Satena Airlines. There were 13 passengers and two crew members on board.
