West Asian conflict: Kerala's export sector also affected

The conflict in West Asia is also seriously affecting the export sector from Kerala. Currently, there has been a request to stop exporting products from Kozhikode and Kochi airports. According to Kerala Exporters Forum officials, Saudi Arabia has partially asked Qatar and the UAE to completely stop exports.

Qatar Airways transports cargo to European countries via Doha. It is transported via the UAE. Qatar Airways and others have informed in writing that the products should not be exported at present. Partial exports are being made to Jeddah. Exports to European countries have also been temporarily suspended. It is estimated that if the conflict increases, exports will have to be stopped completely.
