Conflict in West Asia is worrisome; Narendra Modi says fuel shortage may worsen in the country

Prime Minister Narendra Modi says the conflict in West Asia is worrisome. The war is affecting the people. Fuel shortage may worsen in the country. Modi said that India should send a united message against the war and is talking to the heads of state. He was presenting a statement in the Lok Sabha.

Modi said that the safety of Indians is very important during the conflict and that 3,75,000 Indians have returned to India safely. There is a problem in the movement of fuel through the Strait of Hormuz. 60 percent of LPG is imported. The emphasis is on domestic use of LPG.
