A new Covid variant is spreading in twenty countries including the US. BA.3.2, also called Cicada, has been reported in several countries.

Experts say that the Omicron subtype BA.3.2 spreads quickly and easily bypasses the immune system. Experts also clarify that although it is a variant that has undergone many changes, it is not deadly enough to cause death.
