LPG smuggling gang busted in Maharashtra

 

 

An inter-state LPG smuggling gang has been busted in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. The gang was involved in stealing cooking gas from gas tankers and smuggling it. Goods worth Rs 1.26 crore have also been seized from them.

The Maharashtra Vigilance Cell, acting on a tip-off, arrested the smuggling gang from a deserted place in the Khojewadi Shivar area during a raid.
