China's help is not needed to confront Iran; US clarifies stance after Beijing summit

Beijing: US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who has been closely monitoring global politics, made a crucial revelation on the Iran issue after the Trump-Xi Jinping summit. He clarified that the US does not need China's help to control Iran and that it can handle this crisis alone.

Rubio denied reports that the US had sought China's mediation in the Iran issue. Although peace in the Middle East was discussed, he said that the US has specific plans for a solution.

Trade agreements were prioritized at the summit in Beijing. China's agreement to buy more American products is considered a victory for the Trump administration.

Trump wants to keep politics and trade separate. Although both countries are interested in the security of the Strait of Hormuz, they will not involve China in military moves.

Trump is trying to demonstrate his strength internationally by rejecting China's offer of mediation, even though it has indicated that it is willing to mediate.

The White House believes that the United States can bring Iran to the negotiating table by imposing severe sanctions on them.
