Ebola outbreak accelerating; WHO says it is worrying

 

 

The World Health Organization has said the pace of the Ebola outbreak in Central Africa is accelerating. The disease is spreading rapidly. The WHO has also stated that the risk level in DR Congo is very high.

The number of suspected Ebola cases in DR Congo has reached 750 and the death toll has reached 177. The current outbreak is challenging, said Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization.
