A young man was killed by a crocodile at Marina Vallarta Beach near the Marriott Resort in Puerto Vallarta, a popular tourist destination in Mexico. The 28-year-old Mexican man, who had come to Puerto Vallarta for work, was killed. The young man was swimming in the sea on Friday evening when the crocodile attacked him and dragged him into the sea. The body of the young man was found 300 meters from the shore on Saturday morning during a search operation.

Other tourists who were at the hotel pool rushed to the scene after hearing terrifying screams from the beach. They tried to save the young man, thinking that he was being pulled by the strong current, but only later realized that he was in the crocodile's grip. One of them went into the sea to save the young man, but to no avail.

They said that they tried their best to save the young man, but they could not do anything because the water was very turbulent. Tourists have strongly protested against the lack of accurate safety warnings about crocodiles in the resort area.
