Residents evacuated from Toyota building in Dubai

 

 

The evacuation of residents from the famous 'Toyota' building on Sheikh Zayed Road has been accelerated. The real estate department has intensified the evacuation process as part of the demolition of Nasser Rashid Lootah Building, one of Dubai's iconic residential complexes, in 2027. Currently, about 70 percent of the residents of the building have vacated and moved to other places in the market. With this, many Indian families, including Malayalis, had to find other accommodation.

The sudden eviction was due to the illegal conversion of rooms and the accommodation of people.
