As part of the agreement, teenage users will be limited to a maximum of two hours of service use per day. In addition, it will restrict the use of accounts between 12 midnight and 6 am without special permission from parents. In addition to these provisions, which will be in effect for the next ten years, the company will also implement additional security measures to block age-restricted content. However, the agreement does not propose to eliminate the style of personalized advertising or completely remove complex content related to body image.

The decision is to transfer more than $ 16.7 billion to 47 states and territories in the United States. More than $ 1 billion has been set aside for the state of Texas in a unique way. In addition, it has been agreed to transfer $ 459.3 million to resolve privacy violation cases related to the Cambridge Analytica data leak. Tech-legal experts point out that the legal action is aimed at making major changes to the consumer interactions of social media platforms globally.
