Passenger becomes violent on plane: Crew and fellow passengers tie him to seat with duct tape

 

 

A person who threatened fellow passengers and crew during the flight and disrupted the flight was tied to his seat with duct tape. The crew and fellow passengers subdued him with force after an emergency security threat arose inside the plane. Authorities stated that such an emergency measure had to be taken as part of ensuring aviation safety.

The incidents began when he violated the instructions of the crew members during the flight and tried to assault the crew. The flight crew tried to calm him down, but his violent behavior continued. Following this, the crew was forced to tie him to his seat using available safety equipment and tape, considering that he was a threat to the lives of other passengers and the safety of the plane.

As soon as the plane landed safely at its destination, a police team arrived on board and took the passenger into custody. Legal action has been taken against him for violating aviation safety rules and endangering the lives of passengers. The Civil Aviation Authority and the airline have ordered a detailed investigation into the incident.
